We'd like to help you in the process of packing for your week of camp. Below you can see a list of what to bring and what not bring to your week of summer camp.
Overnight Camp
What to Bring:
- Bible
- Sheets and Blanket or Sleeping Bag
- Pillow
- Toiletries
- Towel
- Flashlight
- Modest Bathing Suit (for girls: no mid-drift showing)
- Sports Clothing
- Tennis Shoes
- Rain Jacket
- Nicer clothing for Friday dinner
What Not to Bring:
In order to maintain the intended atmosphere at New Life Camp, please pay attention to the following rules. Campers may not use tobacco, alcohol, or illegal drugs. Electronics (including cellphones, radio, CD players, iPods, and handheld video games) are not allowed. Campers should follow the dress code at all times at New Life Camp:
- Girls and guys must wear modest apparel.
- Refrain from shorts shorter than fingertip length.
- No clothing that shows the stomach when arms arelifted.
- Tank tops must have two inches at the shoulder.
- We ask that no one wears clothing that depicts musical groups.
Day Camp (includes Cabin Camp and Kindercamp)
What to Bring:
- Bible
- Towel
- Bathing Suit (modest one-piece)
- Sandals for swim time
- Rain Jacket
- Sheet & Pillow for rest time
What to Wear:
Campers should wear modest play clothes and tennis shoes when they come for a day of camp. They should also abide by the dress code:
- Girls and guys must wear modest apparel.
