Inclement Weather
Closings and delays will be posted on WRAL-5, wral.com, and newlifecamp.com. Only one make up day has been allotted on the schedule for inclement weather. If more than one day of inclement weather causes cancellation or delays, the activities affected will not be made up.
Registration & Cancellation
Registration takes place online. Registration after activities have begun will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and payment will be prorated. Go to our Contacts page and select HEA Clubs and Clinics if you would like to receive more information.
Drop Off & Pick Up
Parents must check their children in and sign them out with their instructors in the Johnson Gymnasium. If children are attending back-to-back activities, New Life Camp staff will oversee their transition. Parents need only return to pick up their children when they are finished.
Dress Code
For sports activities, each child should wear modest and appropriate clothing. Jeans should not be worn as they are likely to prohibit effective participation.
